Terms of sale
These terms apply to orders from Muse Studio. [Add business name, Business ID and address.]
Your portrait
You see a preview of your portrait before buying. The printed artwork is produced from that preview. Small differences in colour between screens and paper are normal.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe.
Delivery
We deliver by hand in the Jyväskylä area or you can pick up your order. We aim to deliver within [X] working days of payment.
Personalised products and returns
Because each portrait is made to order from your own photo, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised goods (Consumer Protection Act, ch. 6 §16). If your print arrives damaged or has a printing defect, contact us within [14] days and we'll reprint it or refund you. [Have this reviewed.]
Your photo
You confirm you have the right to use the photo you upload. You keep ownership of your photo; you may use your portrait for personal purposes.
