Privacy policy

What we collect
The photo you upload, your pet's name if you give it, and — when you order — your name, email, phone number and delivery address. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
How photos are processed
When you upload a photo we remove its metadata (including any location data) and store a private copy. To create your portrait, the photo is sent to our image-generation provider [name, e.g. fal.ai] and our quality-check provider [name, e.g. Anthropic]. These providers process the image on our behalf and may be located outside the EU; we rely on [Standard Contractual Clauses / provider DPA]. Photos are not used to train models by us.
Why we use your data
To create your portrait and fulfil your order (contract), to keep records required by accounting law (legal obligation), and to understand how our service is used in aggregate (legitimate interest).
How long we keep it
Photos and portraits that are not ordered are deleted after [90] days. Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires. [Confirm retention periods.]
Your rights
