Questions

Will it really look like my pet?

That's the whole point. We keep your pet's face, markings and colours, and change only the costume and setting. Every portrait is checked before you see it, and again by a person before it's printed.

What kind of photo works best?

A sharp photo in good light, with your pet's face clearly visible and looking roughly towards the camera. One pet per photo.

Do I have to pay to see the portrait?

No. You see your finished portrait first, and only pay if you want the print.

Where do you deliver?

We hand-deliver in the Jyväskylä area, or you can pick it up from us. Printed and delivered within a few days.

What happens to my photo?

Your photo stays private. It's only used to create your portrait, and location data is removed as soon as you upload it.
